2h. How do I cancel my order?

Is there another solution to your problem instead of cancelling your order? Contact us and let us assist you.
If not, You can go to “your account”  to check the order status. If the status is “processing”, then you can click the “cancel” button to cancel the order.We will send you an email to let you know the result of the cancellation. Usually, the cancellation will be accepted.
If the status is “completed”, that means the order has already been shipped; you will have return the order to us for a refund.  Please check our Returns Policy for complete details.
